Six Figure Chics set to host ‘The Biggest Boss Conference’

Event promotes entrepreneurship through the celebration of personal stories, connections and experience

HOUSTON, USA, —

A long-held dream of self-made serial entrepreneur Tiffany McIntosh is about to come vibrantly to life as she hosts The Biggest Boss Conference, a premier entrepreneurship event designed to inspire, educate, and elevate the next generation of leaders.

The four-day conference will bring together young entrepreneurs, seasoned business veterans, and some of the most recognizable names in entrepreneurship beginning October 13 at the JW Marriott Houston by The Galleria, located at 5150 Westheimer Rd.

“The Biggest Boss Conference has been a dream of mine since I began building my businesses from humble beginnings,” McIntosh said. “We’ve assembled an incredible lineup of achievers who will share their journeys in a fun, engaging, and empowering environment.”

She added, “This is the most innovative entrepreneurship event to ever come to Houston. It’s going to be an educational and emotional experience that helps attendees reach the next level of business—no matter where they currently are.”

Featured guests and presenters include rapper, record executive, actor, and entrepreneur Master P; world-renowned motivational speaker, pastor, educator, and author Eric Thomas; rapper and actor Lil Romeo; and television host, actress, and producer Vivica A. Fox.

Additional attendees and contributors include Nissi Hamilton, Chris Senega, DeAnna Green, Marcus Bowers, Gail Johnson, Gene Johnson, Kris and Mauricio Sonny, Tiffany DeBerry, and Taleyyah Trammell-Horton.

The conference operates under McIntosh’s nonprofit organization, Six Figure Chics, which is dedicated to providing individuals—especially women—with the tools, resources, and support needed to excel personally and professionally.

“It’s not just a brand—it’s a movement,” McIntosh said. “At its core, Six Figure Chics exists to inspire women to build healthy, wealthy lives and thriving communities.”

The organization empowers women who seek growth spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and financially.

“Our goal is to create six-figure chics,” McIntosh explained. “We strive to cultivate women who are loving, confident, transparent, honest, coachable, encouraging, and virtuous.”

Before relocating to Texas from Ohio, McIntosh held onto her faith through moments of deep hardship, believing she would one day publish the book she carried in her heart. After graduating from college, she worked several dead-end jobs before discovering network marketing—a path that ultimately led her to found Six Figure Chics.

In 2019, she published From the Pit to the Palace, chronicling her rise from adversity to industry leadership.

Today, McIntosh is committed to helping women worldwide discover their purpose while serving as a six-figure income earner and top leader with Paradise Travel, where she leads teams across a growing list of international locations. She is also a part owner of Sacred Kingdom Clothing Company.

Now residing outside of Houston with her family, McIntosh takes pride in creating work that impacts lives globally—especially those of women.

Beyond the upcoming conference, McIntosh has several initiatives underway, including global motivational speaking engagements focused on helping troubled teen girls uncover their purpose. She has also launched a youth development group designed to support teens as they work to build their dreams.

That commitment to youth empowerment will be showcased at The Biggest Boss Conference through a dedicated youth workshop, where more than 300 children will learn about entrepreneurship and creating generational wealth. The youth experience will conclude with a private luncheon featuring Master P and Romeo.

“It’s with great pride that we work with these enterprising young individuals,” McIntosh said. “Thanks to our sponsors—both current and future—we can positively impact their lives and help guide them toward becoming the entrepreneurs of tomorrow.”
